Tiles

My daughter collects Fairies and I noticed the tiles, as she and her husband are building their new home, could these tiles be used as wall tiles? (like a back splash)

The Tiles we have are ceramic. As long as they are not put under water they should be Ok. Ceramic is porous however.

The Tiles used in Showers and Baths are porcelain which are water tight.

The images are sprayed with a sealant and will not get ruined when wet. The back of the tile is where you would have a problem.
